Master Service Agreements: If you have a separate written contract or Master Service Agreement (MSA) with Flyway Health, the terms of that agreement will control in the event of any conflict with these Terms of Service.

The Flyway Health Commercial Analytics Platform is a managed service that delivers strategic insights to Life Science companies. The Flyway Health team uses its proprietary, AI-driven platform to analyze complex real-world data and generate custom analytical reports. The Service is provided "as is" and we make no guarantees about availability or performance.
Business Use Only: This Service is intended solely for business and professional use by Life Science and pharmaceutical companies. It is not intended for consumer or personal use.
AI-Powered Analysis: Our platform leverages artificial intelligence to analyze data and generate insights. Our team reviews and validates all analytical reports before delivery. However, as with any analytical service, customers should apply their own business judgment when using our insights for decision-making.
Your Data: We do not use your inputs, data, or generated reports to train our AI models. Your data remains yours.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:

- Keep your account credentials secure
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes
- Not attempt to harm, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service

We can’t share our data due to internal policies. Can we still benefit from this product?
Yes. We procure high-fidelity, high-coverage claims datasets for each engagement that we take on, and agents analyze this data for you. We don’t need to tap into your internal data to deliver value, but we can always integrate those for you as well when the time is right.
How do we know your agent’s insights are accurate?
We invest in a computationally intensive, multi-stage validation process throughout the agent’s run, and before any insight is finalized.
Every insight comes with transparent methodology, data coverage, and drill-downs to support audits. Your team can interrogate every detail via our built-in assistant — so you always understand the “why” behind the insight and action plan.
Is Flyway just for data scientists and analysts?
Not at all. Flyway is built to be used by everyone - from technical teams to commercial leadership.
Whether you're in strategy, marketing, sales, or data science, our platform lets you explore insights intuitively, without writing code or managing data pipelines and dashboards. Insights are clear, actionable, and presentation-ready.
What is your pricing model?
We use a two-phased model designed to deliver value quickly. It starts with a Foundational Pilot, which is a standardized and fixed-fee engagement to immediately address a set of strategic needs for one brand.
Following a successful pilot, we move to a fixed-fee Platform Subscription model, giving your team ongoing access to our agents.
What kind of resources do we need to provide to make this successful?
The Foundational Pilot requires minimal time from your team - typically just 2-3 brief review sessions per month to ensure our agents’ insights are perfectly aligned with your business rules and strategic objectives.
Post-pilot, the platform is designed to be self-serve for commercial users, with no engineers required for maintenance. We also provide dedicated customer success and ad-hoc support to help you get the most out of the platform.
What therapeutic areas do you work in? Can you handle rare diseases?
Our platform is therapeutic-area agnostic. The agents are engineered for dynamic adaptability and can be parametrized for broad primary care markets, specialty therapeutics, vaccines, and rare diseases. Do you train your AI model on my company's data?
No, never. Our approach is fundamentally different, built on a core principle of absolute data isolation. We do not have one giant AI that learns from our clients' data.
